I am the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada and have extensive experience in the financial services industry, including serving on boards and being recognized for several business achievements. I am currently President of PLAY 2 WIN Inc., a company that produced the Indie film, Crimson Sands, which has won numerous Canadian and international awards. In addition, as a certified yoga teacher and Reiki healer, through a sub-brand, Body By Yoga, I offer yoga instruction and Reiki healing.

This has naturally led me into executive and life coaching. My journey has led me to a place where my main purpose is to help people become the best they can be.
